PSI Development Pathway

Three levels.
One path to
consistent excellence.

Learning that helps you build more consistent, sustainable performance in everyday work.

Choose a useful area to develop, connect what you learn with situations you recognise, and make space to practise with the right support.

Five learning Tracks

Find a focus that
fits your working life.

Each Track explores one of the five PSI domains. A useful starting point reflects your goals, workplace context and the support available.

Track 01

Performance Variability Awareness

Notice how focus, reactions and results change with different demands, and recognise what helps you stay steady.

Track 02

Regulation and Energy Stability

Explore attention, energy, emotional responses and recovery, and the support that makes them more manageable.

Track 03

Execution Reliability Systems

Build useful routines, planning methods and workflows that make it easier to follow through.

Track 04

Communication and Decision Making

Strengthen clarity, judgement and useful conversations as demands, uncertainty or pressure change.

Track 05

Organisational Integration

Connect your way of working with the expectations, responsibilities and systems around you.

Three Levels across every Track

Build on where you are.

Each Track has three learning Levels. Together, they describe a path from variable performance towards greater stability and optimisation.

Level 1

Variable Performance

Inconsistent results and reactive behaviours limit effectiveness.

Learning focus: notice patterns and introduce useful systems and support.

Level 2

Emerging Stability

Building consistency and control in key areas of performance.

Learning focus: practise routines and ways of responding that help consistency.

Level 3

Stable and Optimised Performance

Consistent, confident and influential performance under pressure.

Learning focus: refine what works and sustain performance as demands change.

Your starting point can reflect the area you want to strengthen, your learning needs and the support that will help you apply what you learn.

Learning and everyday application

Learning you can use.
Support you can sustain.

The pathway brings together course learning, workbook activities and facilitated development to help you connect insight with everyday practice.

Course learning

Understand a useful idea

Explore a focused area of performance stability through clear explanations and situations from everyday work.

Workbook application

Make it relevant

Use reflection and practical activities to connect the learning with your own work, habits, expectations and goals.

Facilitated development

Keep learning in practice

Use a supported conversation to clarify questions, agree on a manageable next step and review how it works.
